Tour Leaders & Expedition Doctors

We are always looking for experienced tour leaders and expedition doctors to help lead our trips on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year.

Our trips are run to a very high standard, and our leaders and docs must have the 'Discover Adventure' approach to working with our groups!

For tour leaders, a proven track record in the outdoor and /or adventure travel industries is essential, with considerable experience of leading groups (preferably overseas). Travel experience also essential. You must also be over 25, preferably with an ML qualification. We run training weekends for leaders, as we can only assess much of what we look for in a good leader by meeting you!

We require our expedition medics to be fluent English-speaking doctors with a high level of GP and A&E experience, travel experience, an excellent bed-side manner and a good sense of humour!
