We currently require a well-organised and motivated individual to liaise with our ground operators & look after logistics of large group European bike rides.

The ideal candidate will have office experience and be able to:
• work accurately and to deadlines
• build good working relationships
• multi-task well under pressure & as part of a team
• demonstrate excellent use of Word & Excel
• have good knowledge of French & Spanish

Travel experience an advantage. Salary £17-19k depending on experience; profit share scheme; occasional overseas trips; opportunities to develop within the company.

The ideal candidate will work well under pressure and as part of a small team, have a flexible but methodical approach and work conscientiously to deadlines. Knowledge of SAGE Line 50 and purchase ledger experience essential.

Tour Leaders & Expedition Doctors

We are always looking for experienced tour leaders and expedition doctors to help lead our trips on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year. See below for detail of our requirements.

Our trips are run to a very high standard, and our leaders and docs must have the 'Discover Adventure' approach to working with our groups!

For tour leaders, a proven track record in the outdoor and /or adventure travel industries is essential, with considerable experience of leading groups (preferably overseas). Travel experience also essential. You must also be over 25, preferably with an ML qualification. We run training weekends for leaders, as we can only assess much of what we look for in a good leader by meeting you!

We require our expedition medics to be fluent English-speaking doctors with a high level of GP & A&E experience, travel experience, an excellent bed-side manner and a good sense of humour!
